Sandra Estelle Ritch Williams, age 64 of Martinsville, passed away on December 26, 2018 at her residence.  She is survived by her son, Robert Williams of Bassett, her daughters, Pamela Lynn Rakes of Clearwater, FL, and Emily Williams Morgan of Bassett, her brother, Max Ritch of Clearwater, FL and one grandchild.
