Mamie Ferguson Nunn age 103 of Martinsville, went Home to be with her Lord on Friday Jan. 11, 2019 at Stanleytown Health and Rehab. She was born September 25, 1915 in Franklin County to the late Charles W. and Emma Mason Ferguson. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband, Paul W. Nunn in 1982, her step daughter Pauline Nunn Bocock, one brother, Jesse Ferguson, three sisters, Odessa Holt, Irma Morton, and Velma Young.

Mrs. Nunn was a member of Fort Trial Baptist Church. Along with her husband Paul, she managed a hotel and restaurant for several years, and later did private duty nursing.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Her funeral service will be Wednesday Jan. 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Roselawn Chapel with Rev. Dr. Joey McNeil and Rev. Tony Beach officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Wednesday in the Chapel.
