Stephanie Kay Robertson Taylor departed this life for her Heavenly Home on March 30, 2017. She was born March 9, 1970 in Martinsville to Raleigh J. Robertson, Sr. and Polly Davis Robertson, both of Axton. She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Dee M. Robertson, Jr. and Lottie Davis Robertson, and her maternal grandparents Reuben R. Davis and Mary Hurd Davis.

Stephanie graduated from Laurel Park High School, and received a degree in Paralegal from Patrick Henry Community College. She worked at MH of MHC as a secretary in ICU, and was the former manager of FEMA funds distribution at PHCC.

In addition to her parents, she also leaves to celebrate her life one daughter, Megan E. Taylor, one sister, Patricia L. Robertson, and a brother, Raleigh "Jack" (Pam) Robertson, Jr. all of Axton, two nephews, one great niece, one great nephew, and Stephanie's second Mom, Mary Purcell.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday April 4, 2017 at 1:00 pm in the Roselawn Chapel with Rev. Anne Sisson officiating. The family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service on Tuesday in the Roselawn Chapel.
