Samuel Lee Price, Sr., 49, of Bassett, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022, at his residence. He was born September 01, 1972, to Robert C and Nannie Fay Weidner Price. Sam was preceded in death by four brothers; Jimmy, Everet, Dale, and John Price, and one sister, Carolyn Price. Surviving are two sons Samuel "Sam" Lee Price, Jr., and Matthew W. Price, one brother, Daniel Price and two sisters; Betty Price Barker and Sarah Nelson four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 5:00 P.M. in the Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home with Director Kelly Ratcliff officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services, interment will be private. Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home and Burial Park are entrusted with arrangements.
