Rosa Conner Foley, 97, of Bassett, went home to be with her Lord, Thursday, July 13, 2023, at Sovah Health of Martinsville.  She was born November 17, 1925, to the late W.E. and Mary Carter Conner.  She retired from the Collinsville Primary School. She had been a Member of Collinsville First Baptist Church since the 1940's. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Russell Foley.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Michael Wayne and Susan Foley, and three daughters and son-in-law; Norma F. Swain, Audrey F., and Lowell Prillaman, and Sharon F. Barrow, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Thursday, July 20, 2023, in Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Cheek officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.  Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Collinsville First Baptist Church.
