Obituary
Roger Timothy Carter age 66 of Golden Living Center, Martinsville, passed away on Jan. 25, 2016. He was born Jan. 25, 1950 in Marion, VA to the late Graham Stuart and Madeline Florence Wilkinson Carter. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by a sister, Peggy Ramona Hancock.
He graduated from Drewry Mason High School, was of the Baptist faith, and had been disabled since he was 12 years old.
He is survived by one sister, Thelma Janney of Ridgeway, and numerous nieces and nephews.
His services will be at a later date.
