Robin Cassell Edwards, 48, of Newport, TN, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2011 at Morristown-Hamblen Hospital in Tennessee. Robin is the daughter of Tootsie S. Cassell of Collinsville, VA and the late Austin Elmer Cassell. Robin is survived by her husband, David Hugh Edwards, son, Robert Campbell, step-son, Joseph Hartley, Jr., two sisters, Carolyn Cassell Periera of Collinsville and Cheryl C. Gandy of Myrtle Beach, SC., one niece, Beverly Cecil of Martinsville and one nephew, Steven Jeromy Carter of Tennessee, two granddaughters, Rebecca Campbell of Myrtle Beach and Grace Campbell of Henry, Va., special friends, Bobby Campbell of Tennessee, Deborah Smith of Henry, VA, Toni Ferguson of Salem, VA, Susan Kesslar of Myrtle Beach, Deborah Edwards of Hickory, NC and all her friends at MW Windows in Rocky Mount, Va.
Visitation will be at Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home in Martinsville, VA on Monday, June 27, 2011, from 1-2 p.m. and the funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM in the Roselawn Chapel. Interment will be in the Roselawn Burial Park.
