Robert Lee Nunley, 69, of Bassett, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023, at his residence. He was born March 25, 1954, to the late Walter Lee Nunley and Iris Hicks Nunley.  Robert was retired from Tultex. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Rocky Lane Nunley.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his son, Robert Henry Nunley, brother, Timothy Ray Nunley, and three sisters; Mary-Ann Coleman, Peggy Marie Howell, and Patricia Ramos, along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, November 9, 2023, in Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Carson Williams officiating.  The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 P.M., Wednesday afternoon at the funeral home.
