Richard Lee Taylor age 75 of Martinsville died Tuesday May 15, 2012 at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville. He was born July 8, 1936 in Martinsville to the late Thomas Clarence and Susie Anna Arrington Taylor. He was predeceased by his parents.
He is a member of Fuller Memorial Baptist Church, and worked for Stanley Furniture for over 20 years before retiring from Tultex.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years Sherri King Taylor of the home, one brother John H. Taylor of Stanleytown, one sister, Louise Raab of Bassett, and one niece.
The memorial service will be Friday May 18, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Fuller Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Fred W. Hardin, Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the church.
