Richard Stevens Meadows, 57 of Spencer, passed away on Friday, April 1, 2021 at Henrico Doctors' Hospital. Richard was born in Martinsville, Virginia, to Richard Eugene Meadows and Ruth Dollarhite Meadows. He was of Baptist faith and worked in construction. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a sister; Rebecca Lynn Meadows.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother; Ruth, daughter; Amanda Rose Meadows, and brother; John J. Meadows.

A private graveside service will be held with close friends and family. Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home and Burial Park are entrusted with arrangements.
