Rhonda Ramsey Barlow, age 61, of Brandon, Florida, passed away on July 1, 2015
at Kindred Hospital in Tampa, FL. She was born in Martinsville on
March 8, 1954 to the late Elijah Gardner Ramsey, Jr. and Betty Overby Ramsey.
She was a member of Brandon Church of the Nazarene in Brandon, Florida and was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband Roland Barlow, of the home, a brother, Elijah Ramsey, III of St. Petersburg, FL a sister, Lou Anne Black of Ridgeway, six step children, and numerous other relatives.
Her graveside service will be Friday July 10, 2015 at 11:00 am in Roselawn Burial Park with Rev. Mark Parkinson officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park.
