Quentin Gene Cochran, Jr., 58, of Martinsville, passed Thursday, July 13, 2023, at Sovah Health of Martinsville. He was born October 22, 1964, to Quentin Gene Cochran, Sr., and the late Edith Richardson Cochran.  In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one sister, Sharon Barker.
In addition to his father, he is survived by one daughter, Casey C. Tucker, step-son, and daughter-in-law, Eric and Amanda McBride, and three sisters and brothers-in-law; Vicki and Kenny Hatcher, Pam, and Dickie Nester, and Jatana Blankenship along with four grandchildren, Emily Tucker, Haylee, Jaxxon and Piper McBride, and a special caregiver, Lisa A. Cochran.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 18, 2023, in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends at the home,  717 Pace Street, Martinsville, VA.  Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home and Burial Park are entrusted with arrangements.
