Polly Taylor Wall, age 75, formerly of 5716 Axton Road, Axton, died on October 21, 2011 at the Golden Living Center. She was born in Spencer on March 18, 1936 to the late Thomas Harold and Ludie Hester Moore Taylor. In addition to her parents she was preceeded in death by her husband, Arnold Wall, a daughter, Shirleen Jordan, two brothers, Rogers Harold Taylor and Brockly Eugene Taylor and one sister, Marie Hester Taylor.
She was of the Baptist Faith and was a Foster Parent to many children before becoming disabled.
She is survived by a daughter, Megan Paredes of Richlands, NC, a sister, Nancy Durham of Reidsville, NC, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Her memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Roselawn Funeral Home. Pastor Palmer Lowrey will officiate the service. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service in the chapel of Roselawn.
