Patsy Jo Hardy Fulcher, 87, of Martinsville passed away Wednesday February 10, 2021, at her residence. Patsy was born in Henry County on December 20, 1933, to the late George Henry and Elizabeth Hopkins Hardy.  She was a member of Jones Chapel Church of the Brethren for over thirty years. Patsy worked at Hampco Apparel and retired from Memorial Hospital of Martinsville where she worked as a CNA.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy William Fulcher, Jr., son Steven Lester Ratcliff, and step-brother, Harvey Price.  Surviving are thee sons; Mike, Christopher and B.L. Ratcliff, two step-sons; Grady and Bruce Fulcher, one daughter; Donna Ratcliff Jackson, two step-daughters; Cathy Spencer and Edith Clifton, ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.  The family would like to express there heartfelt gratitude for care given by the Mountain Valley Hospice staff. A graveside service will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday February 16, 2021 in the Rosealwn Burial Park with Director Kelly Ratcliff officiating. The family will receive friend thirty minutes prior to services. Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home and Burial Park entrusted with arrangements.
