Patsy Ann Greene, 72, of Collinsville, passed away on January 19, 2022. Patsy was born in Boone, North Carolina to the late Ralph and Pauline Haynes Greene.

Left to cherish her memory are her brothers; Wayne, Horace, Donald, and Larry Greene, sister; Vivian Carr, and son; Patrick Leigh Greene.

A graveside service will take place at 11:00am on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at Roselawn Burial Park with Kelly Ratcliff officiating. Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home and Burial Park entrusted with arrangements and care.
