Patricia Nester Draper Pegram age 77, formerly of Martinsville, passed away Friday Sept. 18, 2015 at the Landmark Center in Stuart. She was born May 29, 1938 in Henry County to the late Lloyd A. and Edith Jefferson Nester. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband Bobby Pegram, and one sister, Shelby Jean Richardson.

Patricia was of the Baptist faith, and graduated from Fieldale High School, Class of 1956. She was a graduate of National Business College in 1964. She also worked for Tultex as a key punch operator for over 20 years.

Patricia is survived by her son Robert Draper of Collinsville, her daughter, Amy Harris of Martinsville, one sister Joretta Reedy of Roanoke, five grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

Her funeral service will be Monday Sept. 21, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Roselawn Chapel with Dr. J.D. Harmon officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 pm on Monday prior to the service, and at other times at the home of her daughter on 525 Hairston St., Martinsville.
