Louise Taylor Raab (Taylor)'s Obituary
Louise Taylor Raab age 75 of Bassett passed away Dec. 16, 2016 at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville. She was born Nov. 21, 1941 in Bassett to the late Thomas C. and Susie Arrington Taylor. In addition to her parents she was also predeceased by her husband, George Raab, and one brother, Richard Taylor.
She worked in the packing dept. at Tultex for many years and was of the Christian faith.
She is survived by one brother and sister in law, John "Johnny" and Margaret Taylor of Bassett, one niece, Lisa Taylor DiGiovanni and her husband Mark.
Her graveside service will be Tuesday Dec. 20, 2016 at 1:00 pm in the Roselawn Mausoleum with Pastor Milford Witt officiating. Entombment will follow the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mrs. Raab may be made to Fort Trial Christian Church, 6356 Virginia Ave., Bassett, VA 24055, or Bassett Rescue Squad, 1950 Riverside Dr., Bassett, VA 24055.
