Leontina Camelia Poppe Miller, age 94 formerly of Martinsville died on Friday, December 15, 2017 at the Woltz Hospice Home of Dobson, NC. She was born in Antwerp, Belgium on August 23, 1923 to the late Edward and Philomena Van DeWalle Poppe. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Miller in 2010.

Mrs. Miller had a 4 year degree from Dress Making College in Antwerp, Belgium, was of the Catholic/Christian Faith, and was a business associate of Sam Walton, the Founder of Walmart.

She is survived by her two step-daughters, Linda Miller of Henry, Va. And Maryen Leu, of Kentucky and four step-grandchildren.

Her funeral service will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Roselawn with Pastor David Westmoreland officiating the service. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service in the chapel of Roselawn.
