Lee Anna Stowe Foley, 98, of Ridgeway, Virginia, passed away at home on Sunday evening, June 14, 2026. Surrounded by her loving children, she departed from this life, fully prepared to meet Jesus. She was born in Patrick County, Virginia, on January 4, 1928, to the late Russell Stowe and Lora Slate Stowe. In addition to her parents, her husband of 63 years, Richard H. Foley Jr., and her brother, William Stowe, preceded her in death. After working in manufacturing, she and her husband built and operated a family dairy farm. In retirement, she spent her days spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A wonderful cook, she often filled her home with family and friends and loved feeding everyone who came through her door. Lee Anna enjoyed traveling with her husband and family and especially enjoyed RV trips across the country and attending bluegrass festivals. When her health allowed, she attended Whites Chapel Baptist Church. Mrs. Foley is survived by her son, Larry Foley (Judy); her daughters, Barbara Combs (Don) and Sharon Cox (Wayne); grandchildren, Michael Roland (Danielle), Kim Handy (Richard), Michele Adams (Dwayne), Brandon Foley (Sarah), Kevin Cox, and Brent Foley (Tiffany); and seventeen great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at 12:00 p.m. at Roselawn Chapel, followed by the funeral at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Interment at Roselawn Burial Park.
