Kathleen Harris Baker, of Martinsville, age 91, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at the Blue Ridge Nursing Center. She was born in Patrick County to the late Oliver Cromwell and Ethel Craddock Harris on January 2, 1924. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Baker in 2009, a brother Frank Glenn Harris, and a sister, Beatrice Harris Mills.

She was a member of Rich Acres Christian Church and had retired from E.I. DuPont.

She is survived by one sister, Mildred Ayers of Martinsville, two nieces and two nephews.

Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Roselawn Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Hunt officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service in the chapel of Roselawn.
