Julie Benson Midgette age 58 of Madison, NC died Sunday March 4, 2012 at Morehead Memorial Hospital in Eden, NC. She was born October 22, 1953 in Virginia to the late James David and Margarette Ellen Atkins Benson.
She had formerly attended Bassett Memorial UMC, and had been disabled for many years.
She is survived by three daughters, Kimberly Stone of Clayton, NC, Julie Elizabeth Abercrombie of Groton, Connecticut, and Tracy Thomas of Fuquay-Varina, NC, two brothers, David and Michael Benson of Martinsville, two sisters, Donna Bales of Florida, and Tammy Cox of Madison, NC, and seven grandchildren.
The funeral services will be Thursday March 8, 2012 at 1:00 p.m., in the Roselawn Chapel with Rev. J.D. Harmon officiating. entombrment will follow in the Roselawn Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the Roselawn Chapel on Wednesday March 7, 2012.
