Joanne Riggs, 68, of Webster, Florida passed away in Bushnell, Florida on September 27, 2023. She was born in Keystone, West Virginia on April 27, 1955, to Lonnie and Vennie Green. She was Christian in faith. She enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years: Gilbert "GT" Riggs of Webster, Florida; son: Thomas Riggs of Webster, Florida; grandchildren: Matt Woolridge (Cherlyn), Hunter Woolridge, and Caileigh (Mathew) Witcher; great-grandson: Nathan Woolridge, brothers: David Green, Stacey Green (Tina), and Louie Green (Sandra); sisters: Phyllis Myers (Chuck), Patty Kilmire, Delores Green, Junetta Mitchem
(Johnny). She was preceded in death by her daughter: Brandie Riggs; son: Jeffrey Riggs; brothers: Redo Green, Donald Green; Roger Green, Randy Green, Brian Green; sisters: Dee Dee Green, Loretta Rose,and Janice Mills; parents: Lonnie and Vennie Green.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, October 9, 2023, in Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
