James "Jimmy" Cozart, 70, passed away on December 27, 2020. He was born on March 26, 1950, in West Virginia to the late Reverend Emil and Virginia Lee Bailey Cozart. Jimmy was a proud veteran of the Air Force and a member of The Church of God of Prophecy. In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his brother; Robert Dean Cozart.

Surviving is his wife of fifty years; Karen Hill Cozart, son and daughter-in-law, William (Dana) Cozart, daughter Lisa Cozart, and seven sisters and brothers-in-law; Carol Goard Gane (Mike), Barbara "Gail" Stump (Curtis), Joan Barrow (Wes), Donna Harris (Tommy), Elaine Corns (Billy), Patricia "Pat" Rierson (Jackie), and Norma Bradford (Steve), and two grandchildren; William James and Christopher Wayne Cozart.

A graveside service will be held at Roselawn Burial Park on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 2:00 PM with Dr. Brian Goard officiating. Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
