Inez Deal Owens, 88, of Rocky Mount, VA., passed Sunday, September 28, 2025. She was born December 29, 1936, to the late James W., and Josie L. Foley Deal. she and her husband attended, Fork Mountain Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband, David E. Owens, Sr., two sons; David E. Owens, Jr., and Bobby St. John, two daughters; Rosa Potter, and Rebecca Hensley, four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday, October 6. 2025, in Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home, interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home
