Huey V. 'Junior' Triplett, Jr. age 59 0f 130 Shawnee Drive Collinsville, died Sunday June 13, 2010 at his home. He was born June 1, 1951 in Martinsville to the late Huey V. Triplett, and Annie Mae Triplett Hill. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his wife Sabine B. Triplett, one brother Donald Triplett, and one sister Linda T. Sparks.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran, and of the Baptist faith. He was retired from Stone Container Corporation with 15 years of service.
He is survived by one son and daughter in law Johnny and Tina Triplett of Martinsville, one daughter and son in law Nicole Triplett Callahan and Chris Callahan of Martinsville, 2 brothers, Robert Triplett of Collinsville, and Michael Triplett of Martinsville, and one grand daughter Amber Nicole Triplett of Martinsville.
The funeral service will be Tuesday June 15, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Roselawn Chapel with Rev. J. D. Harmon officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park with Military Honors by the Martinsville Henry County Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
