Obituary
Helen Welsh Howley, age 88, formerly of Brookhaven, PA, passed away on August 19, 2015 at the Blue Ridge Therapy Connections, Stuart, VA. She was born in Chester, PA on February 20, 1927. Her parents were Theodore and Jennie Welsh Stilling. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Howley and her sister, Miriam Dwyer.
She was of the Baptist faith and had worked for Scott Paper Company for over 30 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Logan, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Her service will be at a date yet to be determined.
