Obituary

Harry Junior Hundley, 75, of Rocky Mount, passed away Wednesday, July 17. 2024, at Franklin Memorial Hospital.  Harry was born December 10, 1948, to the late Benjamin Clifford and Nannie Mason Hundley, He serviced in the Army and was a retired self-employed contractor.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by six siblings. Surviving are his wife, Nancy Doss Hundley, one son and daughter-in-law; Chris and Teresa Hundley, two step-sons; Jacob Wade, Dean Hill (Misty), two daughters and sons-in-law; Sharon and Danny Scott, and Carmen and Tim Osgood, and two step-daughters; Katelyn Wade and Amanda Thornburg (John), one brother, Robert Hundley and one sister, Becky Eanes (Sam), eight grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 23, 2024, in the Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home with full military honors provided by the Martinsville-Henry County Veterans Memorial Honor Guard.  Interment will be private in Roselawn Burial Park.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
