Estelle Smith Stowe, 97, of Martinsville, VA, left our world to be with the Lord on March 15, 2024.

Estelle was born to Leonard and Blanche Smith in Henry, Virginia, on February 28, 1927. She was preceded in death by both parents, her brothers, Norvell, Glenvar, and Archie, and her husband, Major Robert Lee Stowe.

She is survived by her two children, Lisa (Rob) Turner of Martinsville, and Tracy (Lisa) Stowe of Ridgeway; her grandchildren, Robert Stowe and Chelsea (James) Curtis, both of Ridgeway; as well as her older brother, Pete Smith, of Collinsville; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will celebrate the life of Estelle at Roselawn Burial Park, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
