Edward Andrew Brewer, age 48, of 1021 Owens Road, Martinsville, died on October 23, 2012 at his residence. He was born on December 3, 1963 in Martinsville to the late Larry Monroe Brewer and to Shirley Clark Brewer Davis of Martinsville. In addition to his Father, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Walter Davis.
He was of the Baptist Faith. He had worked for Sara Lee for over 20 years.
He is survived in addition to his mother, by his wife of 28 years, Shelia Stidam Brewer of the home, two sons, Stephen Andrew Stidam and William Douglas Brewer both of Martinsville, a daughter, Candice Leanne Brewer of Martinsville, a brother, Douglas Ray Brewer of Snow Creek and two grandchildren.
His funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Roselawn Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Ford officiating the service and interment following in the Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. in the chapel of Roselawn and at other times at his home.
