Delcie Ann Stegall Moore, age, 102, died in her sleep on Sunday Sept. 15, 2013 at the home of her daughter, Patricia Hair, in Asheville, NC. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, J. Ralph Moore, a daughter, Barbara M. Blankenship, a granddaughter, Katherine Marie Blankenship, and two sisters, Madge Pulliam and Myrtle Gilley.

Prior to living in Asheville, she was a member of Wilson St. Pentecostal Holiness Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Patricia M. Hair and Sandra F. Moore, both of Asheville, NC, two sons, J. Frank Moore (Ila) of Clewiston, FL, Billy C. Moore (Liz) of Bedford, VA, nine grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Roselawn Burial Park in Martinsville, VA at 1:00 pm on Wednesday Sept. 18, 2013, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Officiating will be Pastor James King of Family of Faith Fellowship in Asheville, NC.
