Dale Everette Martin age 49 of Ridgeway went home to be with the Lord on Friday Feb. 27, 2015 at his home. He was born Oct. 12, 1965 in Martinsville to Delores Mounce Martin and the late Willie Everette Martin. In addition to his father, he was also predeceased by his maternal grandparents, J.E. and Oakey Mounce, and his paternal grandparents, Willie and Fannie Martin.

Until becoming disabled he was a truck driver, and had attended Whites Chapel Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother, Delores M. "Dee" Martin of the home, his sister and brother in law, Penny M. and Joe Rakes of Ridgeway, and aunts, uncles and one nephew.

His graveside service will be Monday at 2:00 pm in the Whites Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Robert Pruitt officiating. The family will receive friends before the service, and after the service at the home on 6781 Horsepasture-Price Road, Ridgeway.
