Connie Tomlin Duggins, 64, of Walnut Cove, NC., passed Monday, February 19, 2024, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem. She was born on April 5, 1959, to the late Roscoe and Frances Paschal Tomlin. She was a 1977 Ledford  High School graduate, retired from Tyco Electronic, and was a member of True Gospel Baptist Church in Madison, NC. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a stepson; William Lewis "Little Bill" Duggins III, who passed unexpectedly in 2007, and a brother, Leon Tomlin. Connie is survived by her husband of twenty-five years, William Lewis "Bill" Duggins, Jr., her son and companion, Toni Sealey and Cheri, one step-daughter and her companion, Sunni Duggins and Joey, and three grandchildren, Alex, Abby, and Ayden.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, February 24, 2024, at True Gospel Baptist Church in Madison, NC., with Pastor Mark Smith officiating, interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends an hour before services.
