Clyde Junior Martin, 73, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away on November 7, 2020. He was born on December 29, 1946 to the late Elmo and Leona Martin. Clyde was a member of Ebenezer Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was also educated in Henry County Schools. Clyde worked with Riverside Tire and later retired from Tultex Textile Company. He had many talents and a heart of gold. Clyde would have done anything for anyone and was well known by many relatives and friends.

Surviving are his wife; Lorraine Jennings Martin, sons and daughters-in-law; Randall and Anitura Martin, and Terry and Stephanie Jennings, daughters and sons-in-law; Carolyn and Gregory Ross, and Pricilla and Larry Keen, brothers; Elmo Jr., Keith, Hammed, Robert, Frederick, and Umar, sisters; Elinar Wilson, Karen Abdullah, Mildred Parkin, Michelle Robinson, Tracey Martin, and Jacqueline Myers, eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation services will be held Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm and Friday, November 13, 2020 from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Burial services will be taken at a later date. Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.
