Charles Anthony Hutcherson age 83 of Martinsville Passed away on Thursday June 23, 2016 at Memorial Hospital. He was born April 6, 1933 in Henry County to the late Arthur Edward and Annie Elizabeth Franklin Hutcherson. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his brother Selera Hutcherson.

He had worked for Stone Container as a die maker for 43 years, and was of the holiness faith.

He is survived by his wife of 63 years Sinia Shumate Hutcherson of the home, one son, Barry A. Hutcherson of Charlotte, NC, one daughter, Glenda H. Tyree of Waynesboro, VA, one sister, Ida H. Crowder of Danville, four grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

His funeral service will be Monday June 27, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the Roselawn Chapel with Rev. Phillip Woods officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service in the Roselawn Chapel.
