Carol Glenna Younce Baker, age 70 of Barrows Mill Road, Martinsville, died on March 31, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Bartley, WV on July 29, 1944 to the late Alfred and Mary Horne Younce. She was also preceded in death by her husband Cowan Baker, many brothers and one sister.

She attended Clearview Gospel Mission and had been self-employed as a CNA for over 30 years.

She is survived by a son, Todd Frymire of Ridgeway, four daughters, Lila Nunn, Michelle Palmer, Pamela Price and Heather Shrock, all of Martinsville, three brothers, Carl Younce of Richmond, Freddie Younce of Dugspur and Hugh Dishman of Bristol, a sister, Louise Kennedy of Statesville, NC, thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Her funeral service will be Friday April 3, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Susan Adkins officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Friday in the Roselawn Chapel.
