Obituary
Blanche Leah Thompson age 86 of Martinsville died Sunday February 14, 2010 at Blue Ridge Rehab Center, Martinsville. She was born May 28, 1923 in Yukon, WV to the late William Gordon and Minnie Gerberich Thompson. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Evelyn Thompson Colley, and her two brothers Harold E. and George G. Thompson.
She was retired from Dupont in Martinsville with 38 years service.
She is survived by one nephew, one cousin, and some close friends
The funeral service will be Wednesday February 17, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the Roselawn Chapel with Rev. Phillip Woods officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. Friends will be received for one hour prior to the service in the Chapel.
Arrangements are by Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home.
