Beth Lena Lance, 49, of Martinsville, went home to be with the Lord, on Sunday, June 23, 2024. She was born on May 31, 1975, to the late Joseph David Lance, Sr., and Sue-lin Burland Lance of Axton.  Beth assisted her mother as a Teacher's Aide in the Henry County Schools system and later became a caregiver for her father until his passing. Beth was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

In addition to her mother, Beth is survived by one brother, Joseph David Lance, Jr., and two sisters, Catherine Joyce Marshall, and Laura Lynn Boyd.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 3, 2024, In Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Griselda Job officiating, interment will be private in Roselawn Burial Park.  The family will receive friends for one hour before services.

Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home and Burial Park are entrusted with arrangements.
