Obituary
Barbara Ann Mitchell Ferguson age 66 of Martinsville died Thursday July 14, 2011 at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville. She was born October 11, 1944 in Eden, NC to the late George R. and Martha Eva Inman Mitchell. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by one daughter, Donna Ferguson, one brother, Roger Dean Mitchell, and her sister Jackie Cannoy.
She was a graduate of Martinsville High School, and attended Patrick Henry Community College. She was retired from Pillowtex, and was a member of Landmark Baptist Church in Collinsville.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Heggen of Walters, OK, and Jimmy Ferguson of Martinsville, one daughter, Gretchen Ferguson of Martinsville, one brother, Billy Mitchell of South Boston, VA, and five grandchildren.
The funeral service will be Tuesday July 19, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Roselawn Chapel with Rev. J. D. Harmon officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. There will be no visitation.
Arrangements are by Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home.
