Ann Russelline "Rusty" Stewart Fulcher age 77, formerly of Martinsville passed away Thursday morning at Franklin Health and Rehab in Rocky Mount. She was born
October 2, 1936 in Rockingham County, NC to the late Russell H. and Mary Frances Shropshire Stewart. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her husband, James Lawrence Fulcher in 1997, and her niece Stephanie Morgan.

She was a graduate of Morehead H.S. and attended Emanuel College. She was a long time member of Wilson Street Pentecostal Holiness Church, and worked in retail sales for 28 years at J.C. Penny and Co., where she was very well known to all the customers.

She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Lawra and Robbie Custer of Bassett, two sons, Darrell and daughter in law, Charlotte Fulcher of Bassett and David Fulcher of Fairystone, a sister and brother in law, Melvine and Hugh Morgan of Winder, GA, three grandchildren, Beau Custer and Buzz Custer both of Bassett and Heather Dawn Fulcher Lawrence of Collinsville, three great-grandchildren, Alexis Lawrence, Lacy Lawrence and Brayden Nathaniel Lawrence all of Collinsville, one nephew, Greg Morgan, two step granddaughters, and three step grandsons.

The funeral service will be Saturday March 29, 2014 at 2:00 pm in the Roselawn Chapel with Hugh Morgan officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Burial Park. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 pm prior to the service in the Roselawn Chapel, and at other times at the home of her daughter Laura Custer at 288 Shelton Dr., Bassett, and at the home of her son Darrell Fulcher at 61 Bramble Wood Dr. Bassett.
