Amanda Beulah Thomas Morris, 95, of Collinsville, passed away Saturday December 4 ^th , 2021, at her residence.  Amanda was born May 2, 1926, to the late Callie H. Thomas and Cora Ester Cockram. Amanda was a retiree from DuPont in the yarn beaming after 39.5 years service.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Carson Morris, one daughter; Norma Jean Bowling, five brothers; Sparks, Callie H. Jr., Ham, Lerman, and Swanson Thomas and one sister; Silvia Thomas, one grandson; Johnny Bowling, and one granddaughter; Stephanie Bowling. Surviving are one daughter; Audrey June Phillips,  one brother; Melvin Thomas, one sister; Janet Craig, three grandchildren; Scott Hopkins, Matthew Bowling and Tonya Edwards, nine great-grandchildren; Brittany Hopkins, Katie Hopkins, Stephanie Carr, Tyler, Taylor, Christian, and Ethan Bowling and Colton and Peyton Edwards, four great-great grandchildren; Jacob Hearing and Braxton and Weston Carr, and Addalyn Bowling.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday December 9, 2021, in the Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. David Moorfield officiating.
